The Safe House orphanage cares for 58 Burmese children who live together in the center like a big family. They lost their parents in different ways, for example clashes between the Burmese military Junta's army and ethnic minority rebel groups  or diseases such as AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis. Other children were simply abandoned by their families whose extreme poverty meant that they were no longer able to take care of them.

Through the sponsoring of these children, we can support the orphanage and cover their basic needs, including schooling, food, medicine and the purchase of clothes and footwear.
